Indonesia Cruises launched its first 36 meter traditional schooner Ombak Putih in 1997 so we have more than a decade of experience throughout the Eastern part of the Indonesian archipelago, between Borneo and Irian Jaya. Sailing eastward from Bali there are some 8000 islands and between the three vessels in our fleet we have logged close to 200,000 miles. Our captains know more about the uninhabited islands of Indonesia than any other people alive and there are very few bays in this part of the world where our vessels have not anchored yet. Although Dewi Nusantara follows a basic schedule of diving expeditions the vessel is available for charter for private parties, special interest groups or movie productions if such a charter is planned and booked well in advance.
